WhenMost is built to need as little of your data as possible.

No accounts

You do not create an account to make or answer a poll. Your admin link and your own response are remembered in your browser’s local storage, not tied to a login.

What we store

For a poll, we store the title, the candidate dates and times, the timezone, and the names and availability that people submit. If you save a group, we store the group’s members and settings. An email address is only stored if a group member chooses to add one for optional reminders.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data, and we do not show ads. Polls are automatically deleted after a period of inactivity.

Questions about your data can be sent to the address listed on our site. You can ask for a poll or group you created to be deleted.
