WhenMost is a free tool for finding a time a group can meet. Share one link, everyone marks when they are free, and WhenMost shows the slot that works for the most people, not only the times when everyone happens to be free.
Why “the most”
Most scheduling tools only show you when everyone is free. For real groups, that time often does not exist. The useful answer is the slot the most people can make, with a clear view of who is missing, so you can decide. That is what WhenMost is built around.
What it stands for
No login for you or your group. No ads. Every person sees times in their own timezone, with daylight saving handled correctly. And if your group meets regularly, you can save it and open a new poll in one tap instead of rebuilding it every week.
