Leave a margin before draft time
Draft platforms can be strict about start times. On ESPN, League Manager leagues must be full at least 61 minutes before the scheduled draft, or the draft resets and the league manager has to reschedule it. Lock a time the most managers can make and get everyone into the league well before then.
