WhenMost

When2meet for days: poll whole dates, not hours

Short answer: create a WhenMost poll, tap your candidate dates, and set the slot length to Whole days. Everyone taps the days they can make, with no hours and no account, and the day the most people can make rises to the top.

WhenMost is an independent tool and is not affiliated with When2meet.

When a whole-day poll is the right poll

Use it when the date is open but the time is not the question: a weekend trip, a family get-together, a reunion, a draft day, a meetup at a fixed hour. Asking people to paint hours they do not care about is the fastest way to lose replies.

How to set it up

  1. 1

    What are you scheduling?

Name the poll, for example a family weekend or a reunion.

  2. 2

Pick the days, then tune each day's hours

Tap up to 10 candidate dates on the calendar. For a whole-day poll you can skip the hours.

  3. 3

    Slot length: Whole days

Choose Whole days, create the poll and share the link. Everyone taps the days they can make.
